Our custom edge router connects every PLC machine to the MES over OPC-UA. Work orders go to the machines, and status, parameters, piece counts and alarms come back in real time. It is the machine interconnection Italian manufacturers need for Industry 4.0 incentives.

    Our own router manages the OPC-UA connection with each PLC and connects machines dynamically, without manual setup per machine.

    Two-way, real-time data

    The MES loads work orders and instructions onto the machines remotely. Machines send back status, process parameters, piece counts and alarms.

    Ready for Industry 4.0 incentives

    Helps your machines meet the interconnection requirement for the 2026–2028 iperammortamento, with a log of every exchange for the technical report.
